Tree Resolutions is a locally owned and operated arboricultural consulting firm headquartered in Gloucester County, New Jersey. Founded by Jason C. Miller, RCA, BCMA, the firm brings more than 30 years of arboricultural experience to the evaluation of tree-related disputes, failures, risk conditions, appraisals, insurance claims, personal injury matters, and professional standard-of-care questions.
Mr. Miller’s work extends beyond individual consulting assignments. He has assisted tree care companies with marketing, worker safety, policy development, and compliance with arboricultural industry standards. He has also contributed to professional education through published articles, peer-reviewed writing, and inclusion in the American Society of Consulting Arborists training book, “Example Reports for Consulting Arborists, 3rd Edition.” In addition, he has volunteered with the American Forests “Ask a Consulting Arborist” program and served for nearly a decade as a judge at industry-organized tree climbing competitions.

Mr. Miller has more than 30 years of experience in arboriculture, including over 30,000 hours of hands-on field work with mature trees on private, commercial, and government properties. His work has included tree condition assessments, risk evaluations, failure investigations, appraisal assignments, insurance claim reviews, and litigation-related consulting. He has been retained in matters involving trees and the tree care industry in multiple states, including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Ohio, Delaware, Maryland, Texas, Florida, Iowa, Illinois, and California.
